The Problem
Clinics and hospitals often run reception, lab work, pharmacy and accounts on separate registers or disconnected tools, so patient details are typed again at every counter. On top of that, the software has to survive unreliable power, slow internet and non-technical staff, while never losing patient data.
What We Built
Rafhan Soft connects six departments in one system. Each module works on its own, and all of them are linked: a patient registered at reception flows into the lab report, the pharmacy bill and the ledger under a single registration number.
- Reception: patient registration, tokens, A5 prescription slips with barcode and QR code, branch-wise records and role-based staff logins.
- Laboratory: 32+ tests with printed reports, online report lookup for patients and reagent stock tracking, modelled on long-established lab workflows.
- Pharmacy: sales, purchases and returns, min/max stock alerts and expenses, with stock that can never silently go negative.
- Indoor / IPD: a paperless patient file with vitals and medicine charts, and a discharge certificate that fills itself from the record.
- General Ledger: double-entry accounts, trial balance and journal.
- Attendance: face recognition, rotating QR code check-in and GPS geofencing.
The same platform also powers a version for retail and repair shops, including ticket tracking for mobile repair counters.
